Sommer 2 0 0 7 • Review On 11th August, 2007, our members were for the fourth time offered an opportunity by the management of the Festival to get to know more about the Festspielhaus by means of a special tour. The staff were available to answer questions, whether in the middle of the sets for Walküre on the main stage or in the orchestra pit. Explanations were also provided on the special features of the auditorium and the history of the famous Bayreuth Festival Chorus. Our heartfelt thanks go to Peter Emmerich, Stephan Jöris, Norbert Kessler, Matthias Lippert and Karl-Heinz Matitschka for their hard work.
